Can I join solo, or do I need a travel companion?Absolutely! Many participants join solo and connect with fellow travelers during the retreat. You can choose between single or double occupancy based on your preference. However we will not pair you with someone.

What should I pack for the retreat?We recommend packing light, breathable clothing, comfortable shoes for excursions, swimwear, and essentials like sunscreen, insect repellent, and a reusable water bottle. A detailed packing list will be provided closer to the retreat date.

How do I secure my spot?Simply click on the "Reserve Your Spot" button, fill out the registration form, and submit your 20% deposit to confirm your place. The remaining balance can be paid in installments leading up to the retreat.

Do you offer payment plans?Yes! We offer flexible payment plans to make it easier for you to join the retreat. After paying the 20% non-refundable deposit, you can choose to pay the remaining balance in installments. We'll provide a personalized payment schedule to fit your needs, with the final payment due before the retreat start date.

Do I need a visa to travel to Bali?Visa requirements vary depending on your nationality. Many countries are eligible for visa-free entry or a visa on arrival for stays up to 30 days. We recommend checking with your local Indonesian embassy or consulate for the latest visa information. If needed, we’re happy to guide you through the process!

What airport should I fly into?You should book your flight to Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS), located in Denpasar, Bali. This is the main international airport and the closest to our retreat locations in Ubud and Seminyak. Airport transfers will be coordinated from DPS for your convenience.

Is my deposit refundable?No. Once the deposit is paid, it is non-refundable. This secures your spot on the retreat and covers essential upfront costs. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.

Is there an Early Bird Discount?Yes! We offer an early bird discount for participants who book early. To take advantage of this offer, you must submit your 20% deposit by April 15th, 2025. Booking early not only secures a discounted rate but also guarantees your spot on the retreat. We encourage securing your spot early as spaces are limited and tend to fill quickly. Your 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking and is non-refundable once paid.
